Millis Recreation keeps summer programming rolling with pickleball, youth basketball, and Pilates on the weekly calendar.

MILLIS -- The Millis Recreation Department continued its summer schedule during the week of June 15–21, with several recurring programs on the calendar at the 900 Main St. facility.

TOWN -- Beginner Pickleball ran Thursday, June 18, from noon to 2 p.m. in the gym, and the Curley Pickleball session followed that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. A Pilates class was held Tuesday, June 17, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Room 130. The MYB-Hill youth basketball session took place Thursday, June 18, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the gym. The Recreation Department lists Spring & Summer Programs 2026 and "Get out and Play Summer Weeks 2026" among its current offerings; residents can register online or contact the office at (508) 376-7050. Office hours are Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Millis Soccer Club reports that all three fields at Oak Grove Farm — the 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 pitches — are listed as open. Registration for the club, which competes in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league for players ages 8 through 15, is noted as open on the club's website at soccermillis.

No high school athletic contests were reported for the period.
